Conversion, Import / Export, Accounting data exchange, ERP and CAPM

 

You can choose to integrate 
  • the raw materials/input "Receipt" (butcher, backer, ... - linked to accounting),
  • the "Receipt and Shipping" (wholesale, distribution, ... - linked to accounting) or
  • the "Receipt, Production and Shipping" (producer, plants, ... - linked to accounting and to ERP/CPAM)
    • Data conversion is our kernel job. We have great many references in many countries : too many to name all of them !
    But data conversion process is complex and has no limit.

    Standard, EdiPax proposes the data exchange from/to accounting / ERP / CPAM packages:
    SAP : format XML or ASCII !
    Generic formats : ASCII, XML or EDIFACT
    Cubic, BobSoftware, Ciel...

    Maximum 500 € per type of document - and most of the time much less !
    We do support all document formats EDIFACT, ASCII and XML: invoices, despatch advices, product catalogues, ...

     
     

    Integrate CAPM / ERP systems 

    • export/import orders (ORDERS EDIFACT or XML) to/from your billing system
    • create invoices (INVOIC EDIFACT or XML) using customer (ORDERS) information
    • create invoices (INVOIC EDIFACT or XML) using billing system information or based on (RECADV EDIFACT or XML) receipt advices
    • record bar code reading inside your ERP/CPAM database
    Internet installation: you exchange translated files (user defined format) with our AS2 secured servers
    Intranet (local) installation: our SQL engine exchanges the data directly with your applications, JIT, native format.
